1. Orders & Custom Products
All personalized items (e.g., engraved pens, clocks, bamboo sets) are made to order. Changes or cancellations are not allowed once production has started.

2. Payments
We accept:

  • GCash

  • PayMaya

  • Bank transfer (BPI, Landbank)

3. Shipping
We ship via LBC, J&T, Lalamove (for nearby areas), or courier of your choice (if available).

Delivery time: 3–5 business days.

4. Refunds & Returns
No returns for custom items unless damaged or incorrect due to our error. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Design Usage
We do not use your designs for other customers. However, we may use them as proof of transaction or portfolio display unless you specifically request otherwise.

🛠️ ORDER CUSTOMIZATION GUIDE

Step 1: Choose Product
Browse our personalized items — engraved pens, bamboo sets, wooden clocks, etc.

Step 2: Submit Customization Info
At checkout, include:

  • Name/message to engrave

  • Font style (if applicable)

  • Alignment/layout preference

  • Design link (drive/canva)

You may also message us directly after placing your order.

Step 3: Layout Confirmation
We may send you a layout or mockup for approval before production.

Step 4: Production & Shipping
We begin production after confirmation (1–3 business days), then ship via your selected method.

🖋️ DESIGN & USAGE POLICY

We will not reuse your personalized design for other clients.
However, we may use completed orders as proof of transaction or for portfolio purposes unless you request us not to.

📩 If you want your design to remain private, just let us know — we fully respect your privacy.
